1. Choose a product
Browse the catalogue and select a variant. Ask the office if a price or availability is missing. The current catalogue is a preview before sales open.
2. Review your basket or contact us
Products with confirmed prices can be added to the preview basket. Contact us to arrange a purchase and office collection. An email or basket entry does not confirm an order.
3. Delivery after sales open
We are preparing courier delivery, parcel lockers and collection at the office at Gdańska 163. In-stock products will be dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery dates for other products will be agreed individually. Dispatch time is not arrival time.
4. Product and delivery prices are separate
Delivery prices are being prepared. The total will be shown before an order is accepted. We are not currently taking real online payments.
Returns and complaints
The current service location is the office at Gdańska 163 in Bydgoszcz. Contact the office about your purchase. Full online sales terms will be published before opening.
